• Export data reports from eCommerce systems, such as Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba...etc
• Perform data analysis for eCommerce team
• Develop reporting and insights for product development, marketing, and sales
• Work closely with various Business units to drive requirements for new reporting and insights and driving data driven decision making
• Work closely with other business teams to enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Liaise with auditor and support year end audit activities
• Cooperate with tech team in the development of inner ERP system
• Ensure all relevant costs are properly documented and are recorded on the cost sheet.
• Perform monthly reconciliation for bank and other creditors accounts
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

 Qualifications & Experience required

• University degree holder in Accounting/Finance or other related disciplines
• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (PIVOT Table, VLOOKUP) is highly preferred
• Well organized, detail-minded, excellent time management, and strong analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
