Job Description
Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting daily operation and responsible for month end financial reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly reports
- Prepare accounting schedules/reconciliations and update operation reports
- Prepare consolidation schedules/journals and assist in group financial consolidation reporting
- Prepare debit notes, aging reports and bank reconciliations
Prepare management reports and annual accounts of holding companies
- Assist in year-end process and annual audits of holding companies
- Assist in reviewing annual accounts
- Prepare tax computation of holding companies and assist in profits tax filing procedures and reporting
- Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting
Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Director and Managers to monitor the performance of existing businesses and evaluate investment opportunities by conducting business and financial analysis preparing executive summary to facilitate management review
- Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly forecast process and ensure the quality of the submission from the business units
- Provide financial analysis, develop financial models, and conduct market research for investment projects Critically evaluate capital expenditure proposals
- Prepare and coordinate internal memorandum and proposals for corporate approval in liaison with various corporate functions and follow up on the approval progress
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting or business-related subjects holding professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Big 4 Audit Firm
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and self- initiation
