Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle accounts payable functions for HK & Macau by vouchering, reviewing, and processing all types of vendor invoices, payment, and staff reimbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal control, and procedures
• Responsible for inventory control, reports and stock stake
• Prepare reporting requested by line manager  
• Assist in preparing month-end report, supporting schedule and balance sheet item reconciliations
• Perform various financial analysis   
• Support other assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy
• At least 4 years of working experience
• With experience in handling the tasks relating to inventory and accounting system migration is an advantage
• Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate and work with other departments
• Good command of both written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese
• Proficiency in using MS Office Excel application and knowledge in accounting systems e.g. Accpac is a plus.
