Responsibilities :
•        Online payment, collection, inter-bank transfer, remittance and daily banking transactions 
•        Maintain bank account register, signing pattern updates and internet banking implementation for the Group to ensure electronic banking is operated in a secured manner
•        Assist in bank account management including opening, closing of bank accounts and KYC matters
•        Manage and monitor daily cash and funding requirements, ensure adequate funding for operating expenses
•        Preparation of cashflow forecast and treasury reports
•        Liaise and seek co-operation with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, company secretary, government authorities
•        Filing, updating and maintaining statuary records 
•        Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :
•        Associate degree/higher diploma in accounting or finance equivalent, preferably with HKIAAT in accounting or attempting examination of relevant professional body
•        2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury reporting and analysis
•        Strong in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
•        Ability to work in a team environment
•        Willing to learn and precise in work
•        Independent, proactive, detail-minded and responsible
•        Immediately available is highly preferred
