This position will be joining a team of elites and will be responsible for Statutory Reporting  for regional entities within APAC, liaise with auditors on annual external audit and oversee intercompany settlements.

 Job Description

• Report to the Regional Finance Director and lead a small team. Be the bridge between US and APAC and act as a business partner.
• Work closely with Accounting and Management Reporting team to ensure financial and management reports are in compliance with local and US GAAP.
• Ensure all financial reports are prepared accurately in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for international transfer pricing and ensure required transfer pricing documentation is maintained and updated on a regular basis
• Manage relations with banking institutions on direct cash management including cash flow forecast, Bank Account management, disbursement policies and procedures.
• Overview daily accounting operations such as system maintenance, payment processes, and enhance operation efficiency through automation tools.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g. tax advisor, external auditor, shared service centre)
• Identify internal control deficiencies and streamline business processes and workflow
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary.

The Successful Applicants

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent is a MUST
• ACCA / CPA qualified or equivalent
• Trained in Big 4 audit is a MUST, with at least 5+ years of relevant commercial experience
• Working experience in renowned MNC in a regional capacity is required.
• Prior experience in sizable and complex businesses, excel, and great communication skills is advantageous.
• Candidates with experience using SAP, Peoplesoft or Data Visualisation Tools (Power BI / Tableau) is highly advantageous. 
• Fluency in English, Cantonese is essential to this role.
