RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare monthly financial schedule and reporting
• Follow up on AP and AR and monitoring of aging analysis
• Maintain and update customers / vendors master records in accounting system
• Handle inter-company transactions and accounts reconciliation
• Prepare cash flow forecast
• Assist in stock take and fixed asset count
• Assist in year-end audit and tax computation
• Other ad hoc assignments as required and directed
• Liaise with auditors & other ad hoc assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS :

• Higher diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related working experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge in accounting software is preferred
• Fluency in Cantonese & English is an advantage
• Good communication skill, independent, self-motivated & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Accounting experience in Retails Business is an absolute advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
