Job Responsibilities:

• Scanning and filing
• Prepare payment instructions and cheques;
• Prepare accounting vouchers
• Provide internal administrative supports

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education level or above;
• 1-year contract;
• Familiar with EXCEL spreadsheet and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Chinese;
• Able to work for a minimum of 2-3 days per week；
• Immediately available preferred
