（一）工作職責
1.協助財務部總經理制定、修訂和完善公司的財務管理制度及相關規定辦法，規範財務條線管理體係並監督執行；
2.協助財務部總經理開展財務管理工作，包括對接、完成股東單位下達的各項工作事項，管理、監督及考核下屬公司財務工作情況；
3.組織開展綜合分析並提交財務報告，為戰略決策提供依據，定期向股東、董事會等報告公司財務狀況和經營成果；
4.組織編制和上報公司合併的財務預算、滾動模型，定期調整財務滾動模型和監督控制預算執行情況，並對滾動模型和預算執行情況進行分析和評價；
5.負責建立完善公司的財務對標體系，收集和整理行業數據，定期優化指標體系和分析方法，對各下屬公司開展對標分析；
6.參與公司重大投資、兼併收購、資產劃轉、債務重組等事項，提供財務、產權、稅務等方面意見建議；
7.參與公司業務開拓、調整、整合等事項的財務可行性論證分析，並提供財務管理和實施財務監督；
8.完成領導交辦的其他工作。

（二）任職要求
1.大學本科及以上學歷,財經類專業,8年以上國有企業財務管理方面相關工作經驗；
2.精通中國及香港會計準則及相關的法規、政策，具有良好的財務管理能力、學習能力、分析研判能力和邏輯思維能力；
3.具備較強的語言文字表達能力，中文、英語流利，普通話或英文能作為工作語言；
4.能夠吃苦耐勞，適應高強度工作氛圍；
5.工作踏實認真、責任心強，有良好的溝通協調能力和較高的團隊合作精神；
6.有CPA、ACCA等相關專業資格證書者優先；
7.香港永久居民優先考慮。

1）Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Finance Department General Manager to formulate, revise and improve the company's financial management system and relevant regulations.
2. Assist Finance Department General Manager to carry out financial management, including completing various work assigned by the shareholder, managing and supervising the financial work of the subsidiaries.
3. Organize to carry out comprehensive analysis and submit financial reports, provide basis for strategic decisions, and regularly report the company's financial status and operating results to shareholders, the board of directors, etc.
4. Organize the preparation and submission of the company's financial budget and rolling model, regularly adjust the financial rolling model, supervise and control the budget implementation, and analyze and evaluate the rolling model and budget implementation.
5. Be responsible for establishing and improving the company's financial benchmarking system, collecting and sorting out industry data, regularly optimizing the index system and analysis methods, and carrying out benchmarking analysis on the subsidiaries.
6. Participate in major mergers & acquisitions projects, and provide professional advice in investment, finance and taxation.
7. Participate in the financial feasibility demonstration and analysis of the company's business development, adjustment, integration and other matters, and provide financial management and implement financial supervision.
8. Other duties as assigned.

（2）Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, minimum 8 years of working experience in financial management and analysis gained from large SOE.
2.Solid and comprehensive knowledge of PRC & HK GAAP, with well financial management capabilities, learning ability, analytic capabilities and logical thinking ability.
3.Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
4.Hardworking and accepting high-intensity working atmosphere.
5 Self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
6.Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA or with experience in large SOE /audit firm is highly preferable.
7.Hong Kong permanent resident is preferred.
