Description

• Provide solid financial advice, budget planning and forecast to the boss to drive and lead business directions and strategies
• Track financial performance of the business, closely partner with different external parties for corporate development
• Assist management in monitoring, reviewing & consolidating accounts and ensure all practices are in legal compliance
• Review group consolidation, support company secretary, lead annual tax planning and annual audit
• Drive managerial staff for implementing financial system upgrade and automation projects
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Profile

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in auditing and accounting
• Experience in Big4 and manufacturing company will be a plus
• Experience in Hong Kong listed company is a MUST
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
