Assistant Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Perform daily accounting duties including preparing vouches, account payable and issuing cheque, etc 
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare regular reports
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers and vendors report
  
• Participate in other accounting related and ad-hoc assignments

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Able to work independently, proactive and with integrity 
• Well-organized, responsive, positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC skill of word, excel, Chinese word processing
• Flexsystem knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge in Retail Business preferred
• Familiar with English, Mandarin and Cantonese
