The Company :  Reporting to Financial Controller, the Accounting Manager position is responsible for managing all accounting transactions, reports and operations.  We are currently seeking a high-caliber to join us and to cope with our rapid expansion.

The Role: To conduct Company Accounting, specifically we would like you to : 

1.take absolute responsibility of accounting, auditing and reporting for the licensed Company 
2.prepare month-end closing and the group consolidation, monthly management reports and financial analysis on a timely basis
3.prepare the regulatory report (SFC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including monthly/quarterly and yearly FRR return
4.liaise with external auditors, company lawyers and SFC officers
5.supervise assistants and maintain accurate data input and ensure all accounting record in compliance with Company policies
6.participate in tasks or projects as assigned by Team Head from time to time and take accountability 

Your Profile:

•  Degree or above in Accounting or Finance is required
•  3 years of solid experience in Accounting
•  Member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent is preferable
• Solid hands-on experience in internal controls, consolidation, financial and management reporting
•  Good organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details, pleasant
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• IANG is welcome
• Big4 or Immediately available is an advantage
