Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger system to ensure consistent accounting methods;
- In charge of financial and accounting work, establish and improve the accounting system, accounting process and accounting monitoring measures according to the requirements of accounting standards and relevant accounting regulations;
- Follow up the development of accounting standards and relevant accounting regulations, evaluate the impact on accounting in light of the Bank's development strategy, provide analytical opinions to the management, and appropriately adjust the Bank's accounting policies and related accounting treatment methods;
- Supervise the implementation and implementation of the accounting system by each unit, and ensure that the bank accounts truly and fairly reflect the business situation;
- Manage the payment of administrative expenses and control related costs according to the approved budget;
- Participate in the construction of internal control measures related to cost control to improve cost-effectiveness;
- In line with business development and management needs, simplify business processes and control operational risks;
- Participate in the construction of accounting-related computer systems, improve the quality of accounting, and strengthen accounting monitoring;
Internal management
- Manage the daily operation of the accounting management team of the accounting office, coordinate work arrangements, and exert team spirit;
- Supervise the work execution of subordinates, provide appropriate guidance, lead them to solve work difficulties, and ensure that various work tasks and work plans are completed on time;
- Responsible for reviewing the responsibilities and job descriptions of subordinate employees, formulating performance appraisal objectives for subordinate employees, reviewing their performance, and giving feedback and guiding opinions;
- Establish appropriate business authority for subordinates to ensure that all financial and accounting work is carried out within a controllable risk level.
