Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of consolidated accounts for listed companies engaging in real estate, property management, and leasing in Hong Kong and China
• Perform valuation on investments
• Familiar with ECL and lease treatments
• Coordinate with auditors during interim and final audits.
• Prepare profits tax computations and returns. Handle tax administrative matters.
• Provide other ad-hoc support to the finance team

• Degree holder in accounting, business or finance, or equivalent Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for the manager role Prior experience with listed companies, similar industry preferred Familiar with listing rules Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
