Job Description
About you
To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for seasoned Business Analysts who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

Your key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and articulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the project delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple teams and clarity of project materials produced
- Translate requirements into user stories (as required), ensuring they are clear and concise, continually refined with appropriate acceptance criteria and are easily understood by the project teams
- Support with the preparation of business cases and analytics use cases as required for the project in collaboration with Group Office and Business Units
- Collaborate across the different workstreams to understand the desired end user experience to support the design and implementation of changes to work practices, processes (including governance), and systems
- Perform process, system, impact and gap analysis or any other project analysis as required to ensure quality of project delivery
- Deliver project documentations such as business solution designs, implementation plans, communication plans and ad-hoc analysis pieces
- Participate and facilitate planning and delivery whenever necessary
You know that you can do the job if you have…
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline preferably with CPA and/or ACCA qualification
- Minimum 8 years working experience with 3 years in Business Analyst role
- Solid experience in leading and gathering and synthesizing of business, functional and non-functional requirements, conducting fit/gap and impact analysis, documents preparation (e.g. SOP, test cases and scenarios, training materials etc.) and the coordination of UAT
- Experience in leading and managing finance and accounting system transformation, e.g. SAP, Ariba, Concur, Oracle, etc.
- Knowledgeable in supporting the development of business cases, project plans, and coordinating amongst multiple functional areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Ability to quickly learn new business domains
