Responsibilities:

• Produce budget forecast in volume, revenue and expenditure of exhibitions, coordinate with different teams to exercise budgetary control and prepare financial reports for projects
• Conduct margin analysis of product offerings for advertisements of HKTDC's local exhibitions and online sourcing platform on www.hktdc.com
• Conduct competitive analysis to keep abreast of the latest development of exhibitions and digital advertising products for export-oriented SMEs in response to market needs
• Manage and coordinate the logistical elements of exhibitions and implementation of digital advertising products
• Prepare management reports and presentations

Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or English
• A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in marketing / business development. Experience in the exhibition industry or digital business would be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Innovative, analytical, systematic, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS application, particularly Excel and Power Point

Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Business Planning Manager.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
