Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including account receivables and payable
• Update daily exchange rate and bank book
• Responsible for bookkeeping, payment processing through cheque issuing and e-banking
• Maintain required accounting records, reports and files
• Assist in month-end closing
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance and Accounting or equivalent with LCCI intermediate
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Flex system is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to learn, well organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Immediately available is highly preferred
