Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform fund valuation and cash, stocks and holdings reconciliations and resolve breaks in a timely manner
- Adhere to the operating procedures and agreed services standard, and comply with company requirements and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with various departments of our local and European offices to ensure client queries and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Liaise with auditors and coordinate with clients to ensure the completion of the annual audit
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Work autonomously and train the staff
- Handle complex topics
- Be in charge of projects and any tasks the manager delegates
- Liaise with management and communicate about operational issues
- Encourage team spirit
- Degree holder
- Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Good command of English/ Mandarin. Knowledge in French/ Japanese/ Korean and other Asian/ foreign languages would be an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Senior Fund Accountant
