Your role: 

• Carry out accounts payable functions
• Ensure payments to vendors are processed timely and accurately
• Work in conjunction with internal parties to handle general enquires
• Devise and recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures
• Be responsible for all tasks relevant to the role such as verification of vendor invoice; payment processing, bank reconciliation and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required

To succeed in this role:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum three years of solid experience in related field
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Well versed with MS Office applications and, preferably, exposures to ERP system operations environment
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
