Job Description
- Perform credit management and debt collection actions
- Execute routine dunning actions for customers and overseas agents accounts
- Liaise with different international parties in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts
- Prepare various AR management reports/analysis for management review
- Support customer data maintenance in system
- Handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignments
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
- Diploma holder in Accounting or related diciphines
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience is preferred
- Familiar with computer applications especially MS Excel and Word
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- A good team player, detail-oriented and responsible
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Immediate available is an advantage
