We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual with a strong sense of initiative that can join our HK office. The candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform routine accounting functions including data maintenance, sending invoices/reminders and calling customers to follow up payments, preparing cheque, bank reconciliation, filing etc
• Check customer payment details and perform settlement in system
• Handle queries from customers regarding payment
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing periodic financial reports to management
• Assist in internal and external audits by working closely with external auditors and related parties
• Assist in supporting general administrative office work
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in accounting field
• Proficiency in MS office including Word & Excel
• Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Immediately available will be a definite advantage
