Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Data entry for accounting vouchers
  • Filing accounting vouchers
  • Prepare cheque for payment
  • Facilitate the issuance of debit notes
  • Assist in bank account reconciliations
  • Handle general administrative work and clerical duties
Requirements
  • Higher diploma in Accounting or above
  • 1-year of accounting experience with basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong in Excel would be in advantage
  • Good communication skill, independent and proactive
  • Fresh Graduate also will consider, 2-3 days per week acceptance
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
