Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounts receivable records and files
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Producing monthly financial and management/analysis reports
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or aboveequivalent
- 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in account receivable and payable, analysis report preparation
- Proficient in MS Officer applications, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of using Oracle system and ISO standard would be an advantage
- Proactive, well-organized and mathematical background
- Independent, good team player and with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and Putonghua
