The Role

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner in with respective department heads and business owners to understand their needs and provide financial insights
• Develop various financial models to conduct scenario analysis as well as formulating business strategies to drive sustainable financial performance
• Conduct KPI analysis to measure operation performance and identify the areas of improvement
• Provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Certified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience gained from sizeable companies
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skill
• Self-starter, ability to identify issues, hold self and other accountable to achieve goals and resolve problems
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
