Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly and quarterly financial and management reports of various subsidiaries
• Assist in quarterly group consolidation, semi-annual and annual results announcement in HK Stock Exchange, and Annual Report preparation work
• Participate in annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting process and ad-hoc assignments
• Liaise with auditors in connection with annual audit process

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Accounting & Finance or related
• Student Member of professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, at least 2 years with audit firm
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to liaise with internal and external business partners
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required
• Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English, good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
