Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
  • Finance Business Partner to C - Suite in maintaining monthly report and budget preparation and deep understanding of the P&L. This will involve engagement with other parties including Global Service Centres, local controllers and Group Finance.
  • Technically proficient to provide oversight on costs on certain group functions and act as the key point of contact for CEO and CFO for these areas.
  • Analyze business & cost center activities and trends and compares analyses against the budget, relevant forecasts, business KPl, prior years, and industry metrics where available.
  • Perform detail analysis on financial and operational trends across all group segments and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business. 
  • Present findings and prepares routine reports (financial trends, operational efficiency, market share and etc).
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Qualified accountant with membership of CPA/ ACCA preferred. 
  • Minimum 6-8 years solid experience within the Finance field in a commercial role.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with people of various backgrounds/ working styles in particular investors.
  • Client orientated with an assertive mind-set to solve problems/issues for the business.
  • Multitasking with positive attitude, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and think out of the box with commercially minded.
  • Excellent business writing skill for internal parties, especially to explain the details of variances and performance for Senior Management, e.g. Regional MD, CFO, CEO.
  • Sound accounting knowledge covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.  
  • Demonstrated experience working within a dynamic environment of change.
  • MNC or regional experience in business partnering capacity is highly preferred.
  • Experience in working in a business owned by a PE firm is advantageous but not critical.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application with advanced Excel skill is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in HFM (Hyperion), Smart View report building is highly advantageous. 
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana would be advantageous.
  • Professional fluency in both written and oral English
