Responsibilities:

• Support finance team in general accounting work and sales analysis
• Analyse sales information by spreadsheet reports
• Coordinate between finance team and sales team in doing the analysis
• Prepare payments and update accounts payable records
• Prepare and maintain accounting books and records
• Handle general clerical works

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Accounting related field
• 2 – 3 years accounting experience
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent IT skills including, Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Assistant Accountant
