Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support finance team in general accounting work and sales analysis
- Analyse sales information by spreadsheet reports
- Coordinate between finance team and sales team in doing the analysis
- Prepare payments and update accounts payable records
- Prepare and maintain accounting books and records
- Handle general clerical works
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Accounting related field
- 2 – 3 years accounting experience
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent IT skills including, Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience would be considered as Assistant Accountant
