Job Description
- Perform duties related to daily accounts payable, including invoice checking, voucher preparing, invoice settlement, bank reconciliation, cash management and filing
- Assist in handling accounting function on securities & futures brokerage business
- Responsible for fixed asset management and book-keeping
- Assist in ad hoc projects when required
- Higher Diploma in accounting or LCCI Higher Certificate or a related business discipline
- 1 year related working experience; exposure in securities firm/ sizable financial institution/ accounting firm is an advantage
- Good knowledge in processing bill payment and expenses claim form
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin
- Good analytical and numerical sense
- Self-motivated, independent and also be able to work with team
- Fresh graduate is welcomed, candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
