About you
To support RGP's continuous growth, we have immediate openings in our Hong Kong practice for seasoned Project Analysts/Accountant who are passionate in business consulting, innovative, result-driven, and people-oriented.

- P2P Account Payable Project Analyst/Accountant
- Seeking opportunity to be part of a global management consulting firm with work-life balance and new ways of working
- Keen to take part in projects for our client with global presence
You key responsibilities
- Project management - Facilitate change management activities and deliver a comprehensive change management approach, working cross-functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved
- Develop and execute a change transition plan - Deliver change in a pragmatic style and manage change risk and issues
- Stakeholder management - Work with executives, sponsors and other stakeholders to help drive the change outcomes - Development of Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments
- Communication plans - Develop and execute communication plans and ensure that they are integrated with the technical and operational elements upon identifying the human elements
- Change management knowledge - Help building organizational change management knowledge, skills and competency at business and functional levels
You know that you can do the job if you have...
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related studies, preferably with Prosci® or PCI® qualification
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including experience in driving efficient end-to-end P2P accounting services and process, preferably for a finance shared services center
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvements
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills and able to deal with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
