Our client is a worldwide leader in skin care. They have more than 15,000 employees all over the world. They are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly customer portfolio review deck by evaluating performance in relation to sales achievement, customer contribution and communicate with the sales team regularly
• Work closely with the marketing team for new launches key KPI performance
• Support Financial Planning & Controlling function in accordance with regional/ local requirements
• Work closely with commercial team for reviewing promotion evaluation and ROI analysis, to drive trade spending efficiency and positive NSP outcome
• Monitor trade spending to ensure within budget and follow approval process with proper documentation
• Responsible for month end MB closing, MB related reporting and free samples audit
• Support controlling manager on ad hoc projects and daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or related field
• At least a year of FP&A experience in corporate environment
• Experience in retail/ FMCG/ beauty industry is beneficial
• Ability to multitask and produce high quality work under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
