Responsibilities:

• Oversite of the daily accounting operations with the ability to perform each function.
• Make accounting workflow and accounting system improvements
• Assist with more company-wide accounting policies with influence for customer credit policies, payment terms, etc.
• Utilize accounting experience to help company grow the business
• Assist with structuring company procedures for process improvement
• Make recommendations for better computer system controls and security
• invoicing for a number of products and services, accounts receivable & payable management and financial reporting
• Audit checking the billing accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Student member of ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent; a Qualified Accountant is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft  NAV and MS Office, especially in Excel preferred
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience preferably gained in IT industry
• Big 4 or 2nd tier experience is highly preferable
• Solid experience in management reporting, financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS excel and Microsoft NAV Accounting system is preferred
• Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST
• Initiative, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, assume full responsibility for own job requirements and good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with high qualification and more experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
