Job Description
- Support the AR Team on all collection works for Service Operation;
- Handle related reconciliation work on collection and receipts
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Generate invoices and process data into accounting system
- Follow up enquiries on collection matters
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required
- Diploma or LCC Intermediate or above
- 2-3 years of accounting experience in MNC
- Hardworking, detailed attentive and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, overtime work may be required to meet deadlines
- Advanced skill in Excel such as V-lookup and Pivot table would be advantageous
