Our client is a market leader in the Overseas Education industry. They are looking for a Commission Assistant to join their Hong Kong finance team to support their growing business.

Responsibilities

• Handle the calculation and distribution remuneration statements for agent partners during each intake period
• Managing payments on banking systems
• Maintaining remuneration spreadsheets
• Update for all remuneration and overhead transactions by maintaining the purchase ledger and cash book
• Liaise with Internal parties (Finance, Agent Support, Central Admissions, and Global Sales teams) and External parties (Agent and university partners) about the commission inquiries
• Review commission income & expenses calculation
• Assist with month-end procedures

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Fluent in writing and speaking in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel (good at arithmetical functions & formatting features)
• Knowledge of SAGE or other ERP systems is an advantage
