Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, data migration and launch of D365
- Assist in data entry and master file data input/updates, ensure information are correct, review and check accuracy after migration
- Perform daily accounting operations
- Assist to prepare daily payment schedules & cheques, and supplier's statement reconciliation
- Review and prepare accounting schedule breakdown
- Assist month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates or above
- Education background with/ Finance related is an advantage
- Knowledge in D365 is preferred
- Aspiration and passionate about working in a fast growth restaurant business
- Open to learning from experience and feedback
- Analytical, Tech savvy, proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
- Able to work 3-5 days per week
- Immediate available is preferred
