Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and provide support for a wide range of Finance Office responsibilities across all ISF entities, including but not limited to:
- Prepare vouchers and journal entries.
- Prepare reconciliations and accounting schedules.
- Handle and maintain student billing, as well as process receipts and statements.
- Assist with month-end closing and annual audit requirements.
- Handle enquiries and liaise with parents and staff.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting or Business related disciplines.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Willingness to learn, proactive and desire to be part of change.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work.
- Good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability preferred.
