The Company

The Business Support Officer position is responsible for general office administration and team matters support.  This role will have great opportunity in learning the licensed corporation and fund administration matters through your work involvement. 

The Role

To support Company general office administrative work, specifically we would like you to : 
1. handle office administration duties such as receptionist duties, maintaining office equipment/ office supplies/ staff refreshment, arranging staff events
2. compile, update and maintain proper filing of documents
3. liaise with out-sourced IT suppliers to support staff trouble-shooting

To support Company general accounting work, specifically we would like you to :
1.support of banking and payment transactions
2.assist in preparing invoices and relevant documentation for payment process
3.assist in staff expenses claim checking, reviewing and reimbursement process
4.provide clerical support on fund administration matter

You are required to be flexible to support other team members on other duties when required.

Your Profile

•  Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is required
•  Excellent multitasking skills and able to work under pressure
•  Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates and IANG visa holders are welcome
