Description

The Recruitment Consultant will have the following responsibilities

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Profile

The Recruitment Consultant will have the following requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above
• Working experience in recruitment/ sales related work is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Highly driven, ambitious and self-motivated individual
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team-based environment
• Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
