Job Duties:

• Manage engagement progress for pre-engagement work, risk management, financial modelling and report writing
• Conduct business valuations, intangible asset valuations, financial asset valuations and purchase price allocations etc.
• Participate in business development work
• Maintain in-house research database
• Coach junior team members

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, financial engineering or other financial related disciplines
• Preferably has professional qualifications such as CPA and CFA, etc. is an advantage.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience (candidates with less experience will also be considered)
• Strong relationship with client is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
