We are a leading distributor of mobile phone in Hong Kong. We are seeking for good working player to fill up the following position:- 

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support, including handle sales orders and issue invoices
• Prepare weekly / monthly sales and analysis report
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Internal Departments to ensure the report accurately
• General operations follow up including product listing, pricing, inventory update in ERP system
• Handle general office administration, filing and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above, or related disciplines preferred
• Familiar with using Excel v look up and Chinese typing
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediate available is preferable 

Working location:      Ngau Tau Kok  (near MTR station)

Working Hours:        Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30 ; Alternately Saturday 9:00-12:45
