Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions and reports
  • Ensure Accounts Payable records are maintained properly, and related Accounts Payable reconciliations are done accurately and on a timely basis
  • Support accounting closing on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for all APAC subsidiaries
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations, accounting schedules, details of accounts, and other supporting documents for all APAC subsidiaries
  • Handle inter-company transactions and reconcile monthly balances
  • Handle fixed assets according to internal regulations
  • Review and process employee expense claims
  • Handle daily clerical work such as data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
  • Result-oriented team player with initiative and drive, and a high level of integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with an open-minded mindset and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to work in a multitasking environment, positive attitude and well-organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
