Our client is a Hong Kong listed company. They are currently searching for a Head of Finance to look after their wholly-owned subsidiary in the Industrial/Technology industry. Attractive bonus package and growth potential (FC-CFO path) would be provided for this position.

Job Duties:

• Oversees the entire Finance operations for this entity
• Lead a regional team of around 20pax in Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore
• Revamp the accounting work-flow and manage the upcoming system implementation project
• Directly report to the Group CFO of Holding and Chair of the Board

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance, or other related disciplines
• CPA Qualified member with both audit and commercial accounting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent Mandarin is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management
• Business to PRC is essential
