Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts for company;
- Perform daily accounting operations for accounts payable and treasury functions;
- Prepare payment instructions and follow up on payment advices/receipts with various banks;
- Responsible for bank reconciliation, vouchers and inter-company transactions;
- Prepare monthly schedule, breakdowns, reconciliations and expenses reports;
- Assist in month-end closing;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Accountancy;
- Around 5 years working experiences preferably in E-Commerce or Retail industry;
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage;
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with computerized accounting and ERP system is a plus;
- Able to work independently, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;
- Work as a good team player with good interpersonal & communication skill;
- Immediate Available is highly preferred.
