Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting Studies
• 3-4 years relevant experience in financial accounting support
• Previous experience in handling full set of accounts is preferable
• Well-organized, energetic, self-initiative and attention to details
• Adaptable, self-initiative, trustworthy and good team player
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on general accounting operation and bank reconciliation
• Perform AP, AR functions including online banking and cheques settlement
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation with Asian offices
• Responsible for the preparation of cashflow forecast and financial reports
• Prepare journals for bank records in the system and assist in month-end closing
