Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cashflow, receivables, payables, expenses claims and payment verification
• Prepare accounting entries and maintain records of documents in an accurate manner
• Participate in daily accounting operations and month end closing
• Prepare relevant schedules and breakdown
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or related disciplines with LCCI Intermediate level or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable

Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Assistant
