We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as a Cost Control Assistant in Hong Kong.


As a Cost Control Assistant, you will:

• Control and monitor project total expenses including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from different parties involved in the projects.
• Cost follow-up of raw materials from vendors, labor, transportation and equipment.
• Assists management with building an annual operating budget for the company.
• Build reports detailing raw material and labor costs to management along with a comparison of actual versus projected production costs.
• Provide cost control reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines, with at least one year of working experience
• Knowledge in SAP and relevant working experience in construction industry will be an advantage but not a must
• Strong analytical and numerical sense
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure and independently
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
