Responsibilties

• Lead all aspects of the finance integration which includes Group Financial Reporting, FP&A Actuarial, Investment and Tax functional
• Engage with functional teams through the M&A process and ensure deliverables are on time and consistent with the acquisition strategic objectives
• Assist in the execution of business initiatives during integration/transition period to ensure achievement of financial goals and leading indicators
• Experience in designing, structuring, and implementing new financial and operational policies in support of new operational structures or challenges
• Build integration plan templates that can create repeatable processes
• Validate finance functional post-acquisition integration-related accounting processes with an emphasis on the revenue, billing, collections, etc. of acquired companies
• Collaborate with finance acquisition partners to develop the acquisition integration strategy and tactical finance process and system migrations
• Partner with management and staff of acquired businesses to execute integration plan and achieve financial targets during integration/transition phase
• Measure the achievement of specific financial measures and leading indicators throughout the integration/transition period
• Ensure all system migration or integration work locally and to group systems are properly and completely migrated and operating effectively thereafter

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to introduce and onboard new Business units to Group Reporting requirements and processes

• Facilitate and conduct training sessions to onboard new businesses to Group Reporting systems

• Experience in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions or integration preferred
• 8+ years' experience as a Finance Project Manager
• Experience developing As Is - To Be process mapping from a Finance perspective
• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions, with specific experience in Finance
