Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day management of all accounting activities, such as reconciliation, debit notes and schedules  
• Handle daily routine accounting operation and month-end closing, prepare and consolidate regular management reports and analysis
• Coordinate with business departments for accounting related matters and daily accounting transactions
• Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide support for annual audit, prepare tax computation and audit schedules
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as required

• Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Professionally qualified / Finalist under HKICPA / ACCA or other professional accounting bodies would be a plus
• Minimum 4 years’ full set accounting experiences gained from sizable companies, preferably in retail or property management related sectors
• Experiences in full set of accounts and Group consolidation handling will be an advantage
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and knowledgeable in Flex system and other MIS tools
• Independent, self-motivated, willing to learn, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Immediate available is higher preferred
