Duties:

• Check Vendor Documents and Arrange Payment
• Issue Sales Invoices and Arrange Cheque Deposit
• Prepare Customer Statements and Receipt
• Data input to Accounting Ledgers and Excel files
• Update bank balance & bank reconciliation
• Other clerical support on photocopy, scan and file documents

Requirements:

•  F.5 with 2 years or above working experience
•  Familiar with using Excel and Words
•  Fresh Graduates are also welcome
•  Immediate available is highly preferred
