Responsibilities:

• To process payment of monthly salaries and allowance to staff of Hong Kong Office

• To process payment of HKTDC’s benefit schemes including monthly contribution to ORSO and MPF Schemes and Contract-end Gratuity
• To process annual employer’s tax return and monthly tax reporting
• To assist in the preparation of annual budget estimates, annual accounts, quarterly budget reports and monthly expenditure projections
• To prepare monthly cash flow forecast and process expenses claims
• To co-ordinate and provide financial and management information to the Human Resources Department
• To exercise compliance with internal guidelines and government regulations / policies
• To perform other regular and ad-hoc accounting duties and reporting as required

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Human Resources or related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in the payroll function of sizable organizations
• Conversant with employment related ordinances a must
• Knowledge in accounting and payroll processing preferred
• Proficiency in MS applications including advanced Excel and Access
• Knowledge of human resources system a definite advantage
• Mature, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
