Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties including but not limited to G/L, AR/AP entries(such as payment/receivable voucher, invoice verification, journal and payment preparation);
• Preparing relevant accounting schedule & bank reconciliation;
• Assist Month end closing report preparation;
• Assist in statutory audit;
• Supporting all department matters;
• Assisting in ad-hoc duties

Qualifications & Requirements:

• F.5 graduated with LCC Accounting Cert;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• 1 year solid accounting experience;
• Experience in MYOB / retail industry is an advantage;
• Responsible, detail-minded with good communication skills;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
