Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and yearly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly and yearly breakdown for P&L accounts (for budget and audit use)
• Participate in annual audit and tax filing;
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring ERP system;
• Prepare cash-flow forecast;
• Prepare cycle count document and report
• Prepare staff reimbursement reports
• Liaise with other departments
• Assist in fixed asset count
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduates in Accounting/ Finance/ related disciplines    
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Details-oriented, positive attitude, and self-motivated
• Strong analytical skill and good sense in number
• Well knowledge in ERP system
• Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlines
• Advanced user of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Power Point
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
